The Villages on Mount Hope Bay are located on Main Road (rt 138) in North Tiverton.

From points south (ie, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport)
Take Route 24 North. Cross the Sakonnet River Bridge and then take the exit that says Rt 138/North Tiverton
Make a left onto rt 138
Go past Sakonnet Bay Manor and the Villages will be on your left hand side right at the bend in the road
Make a left into the Villages
Follow Schooner Drive all the way down to the water

From points north (ie, Fall River, Boston, Providence)
Take Route 24 South (Located at exit 8A on Rte 195 in MA).
Follow 24 S to exit 5 in RI, Rt 138/North Tiverton
Make a right onto rt 138
Go past Sakonnet Bay Manor and the Villages will be on your left hand side directly across from Souza Road
Make a left into the Villages
Follow Schooner Drive all the way down to the water
